Vortex IPS manufactures high-performance insulated panels designed for versatile enclosure applications. Our panels feature durable interior and exterior metal skins bonded to a rigid polyurethane (PUR) foam core, delivering both thermal insulation and structural support.
Panels are available in thicknesses from 1.5" to 4" with R-values ranging from R-12 to R-29, providing efficient, reliable performance across a wide range of environments.
Vortex panels can be used as an insulated cladding system for building envelopes or as structural insulated panels within defined engineering parameters. We supply wholesale panel systems, pre-cut ready-to-assemble packages, and fully assembled enclosure solutions.
Our products are widely used across oil and gas, energy, water, agriculture, and commercial/industrial markets throughout North America.
