American Experiment North Dakota is the state’s leading public policy organization. Our policy fellows research, write and advocate on the state’s economy, energy, health care, the family, criminal justice, and state and local governance. We also craft and propose creative solutions that emphasize free enterprise, limited government, personal responsibility and government accountability.
