SureFire’s Pilotless Ignition Unit is a robust, self-contained burner assembly designed for fired equipment applications ranging from 125,000 to 1,500,000 BTU/hr. Utilizing hot surface ignition (HSI) technology, the FT ignition unit delivers consistent and repeatable ignition performance, enabling stable pilotless operation. This design ensures safe and reliable main burner ignition across varying field conditions while eliminating the need for a conventional pilot burner.

SureFire Burner Management Systems are engineered for fired equipment, flare, and combustor applications across the oil and gas industry. The BMS controllers integrate seamlessly with both pilotless and piloted ignition systems, as well as ventless and pneumatic fuel trains. These systems provide temperature control, safety interlocks, remote monitoring and accessibility, and flexible power options including solar or site power, all through a simplified, keypad-driven interface.
